I have an inverter, and it is not a problem.

Miles vary. The past few weeks I have had only 1600 - 2000.
This week seems to be a bit better.

Those are really low. I thought most drivers at Swift average around 2500-2700.

The past few weeks I've been getting loads that are around 4-600 miles that pick up, say, this morning and deliver day after tomorrow morning.
A lot of live load and unloads with set appointment times.

Not really I averaged 3000+ a week when I was OTR I'm helping out Walmart right now but I have heard a lot of drivers average much less only making $300 a week, I always did real good OTR and have no issues of doing it again when I get sick of Walmart but I'm doing about the same here only difference don't see $1400 checks here but never seen a whole lot of those anyways.

Otr driver should be right of $1000 a week if not your letting Swift walk all over you
and you need a new DM Fire the ### and get a new 1

The truck stops don't seem to be filling up as quickly either.
So it must be slow all around.

I pulled in to the TA just outside of Dallas this afternoon, and it was full.
Went 2 miles down the road to the Love's and it had several spaces left.

As long as I have enough income to cover expenses, I'm good.

There are some areas of the country right now that fr8 is reaaaaaaaal slow. Like around Vegas and a couple of areas. I know only from when I look at my mt miles that they want to send me, but then again, they forget to look a little further into the screens and see that I am a l/o, and that computer is just matching up trucks that are waiting with any loads that might be within a 200 mile radius. Fine for company truck, but not me.

Those are short runs. Swift is a big company, do they offer any bonus to make more money?
