According to this....
...Flammable liquids and oxidizers, as one example, cannot ride next to each other. 4’ separation is required.
Shipments in limited quantity packaging such as fire extinguishers and aerosol cans do not count towards your aggregate total of hazmat on the trailer and don’t require placards. Question is, does the separation rule also apply?
