    A few weeks ago, the pump allowed me to pump 13 gallons. I got a frantic call from the truck stop that Comdata denied the transaction. Fortunately, the head manager knew how to handle it.

    So some stations are not up to date with the new rules?
    Most allow 10 gallons now, but some are still set at 5.
