If the ECM is seeing low voltage it will log codes for that including "unexpected reset" codes if it is loosing battery power with the key still on. I think you should get at least the codes out of the engine to see where to go next.

So all of last week it was sputtering inconsistently and randomly with no codes. This week no issues, been running awesome.

Running into the same issues on 2006 International 3200. Getting 2 faults 639 14p and 2023_14p It gets up to about 1300 rpm then throws itself into limp mode. No throttle response at all. I have checked all of the ECM fuses as above, checked for any burnt or damaged connections. Thinking the only difference may be that we had to jump this one last week, and may not have let it charge the batteries completely then. I let it run for over an hour tonight, then tried, but still having the same issue? Any ideas?

Both of those codes generally mean data link problems, but there is only partial information there. Some of the numbers are missing. That is why reading codes from the dash isn't always reliable and a proper scan tool needs to be connected to read them. Also, those codes are inactive and could be very old and not even related to the current problem which can send you on wild goose hunt. The "p" means inactive. Active codes would have "A" at the end of them.

I have a 2012 Durastar. It runs fine till I shut it off and when restarted its in limp mode. I thought by leaving it running in high idle it would prevent that problem, nope I came out of a restaurant and now Im stranded in limp mode 40 miles from home. I have left it over night anf it would run fine the next day. No active codes displayed. This is getting real old... real fast.
