Well I have them a few years. Very strict place, you will NOT be well received by most of the existing drivers. Very unforgiving one wrong move, remember you have a camera staring at YOU all day, one false move and they will can your butt. Be careful they make u think they are such a great place but in reality I was so relieved when I left there. Good luck and DONT be human there you are a cryogenic delivery machine.

 

You will sing a different tune after the honeymoon sorry to say. Ask them what their turnover is or has been the past five years. You will be amazed.

 

I worked in Indiana non union. Good luck to you. You will also see they preach safety safety safety, BUT wait until you bring up a safety concern at a customer that always went over well. I remember finishing my training with them, this guy named TA, a so called supervisor that has since been fired, said to me, "you do one thing wrong and I'll hammer you."

A partner of mine said lin has a billboard up in Houston advertising they are hiring with a 5k sign on bonus. And they don't mind firing ppl. But there's something fishy about giving a higher bonus like that and advertising it.

 

Yup you are right to read between the lines. They sounded so darn good they hooked me for a few years but man you need to learn the goose step to work for that bunch. They micromanage everything you do. When I see people posting that they make 100k a year the only way you might do that is by running team delivering Hydrogen which is dangerous crap.

 

Yep between the cameras and the micro management I didn't take the job with Lin. I just had a weird felling on the interview and road test. But the recruiter was a doll about everything. Completely nice and professional. But she has been through a lot from previous companies.
