    This by far is the worst place I have ever been!
    I got here 40 minutes ahead of my appt time. 29 hours later, still here, still not loaded.
    I have asked several people what is happening, only to get the same answer, a shoulder shrug, and "I dunno".
    I do not understand how this place can stay in business.
    My DM got involved, and told me several times, they should start loading you any minute now.
    I may end up with a 34 out of this.

    Drop trailer tell them to call you when they want to load you. Tell them someone will be paying for your detention.

    I'm not sure about them selling pallets, but yes, they are a frozen foods DC.

    Now I remember. They are a branch of Dillard and I picked up subway bread or eggs from there. It was not to bad for me there. I bet your appt time was bad or ficticiuos.

    Either drop the trailer and leave advising they're paying detention or I would pull away and find another load. There's no sense in sitting there for someone that's not putting a load on the truck especially at over a day!

    BTW the lineage logistics in Virginia sucks too. Horrible place.
