    that is definitely not a violation.... if you read the rules it says that you are aloud to use cb radio for business use specifically. you can use cb for commercial use you just are not aloud to be payed for using the cb.

    Ok I stand corrected after just re reading Part 95 again since i haven't used a CB in 20 years they have changed the part 95 it seems they have basically given it away so i stand corrected.

    no problem, i didnt mean to be like "HA HA shut up you dont know what your talking about" i just dont want people getting the wrong info... yeah cb is pretty much free for all now... can be used for what ever by who ever...

    CB has ALWAYS been for biz. It was originally created to give small biz communication. It never has been illegal at all for this type of use. Ham Radio is another story. It was the small biz people that broke the rules first by using it like ham radio, as a hobby for #### chat, that changed things. Then the FCC just gave and gave and gave to allow it. Now they bent so much that it turned into a nightmare. But it never lost its original rules of biz in nature.
