If that was the case, you would have said you do .56 per mile at 2850 miles per week, not equivalent to .46 at 3500 miles per week. Just saying...

Oh, unless you show me the proof, I will never believe that you make $1600/week to total about $83,000/year. Sorry, but I just don't buy that one...

I was a little confused by your statement myself. Unless total drop and hook on both ends then 700 miles a day is a pretty tall order but you broke your pay into cpm. I get 28% and often have to convert it to cpm for guys to understand about what I'm getting paid.

you might want to get some sleep before you type run-on sentences of this magnitude. Your boss sits behind a desk and laughs at you for not getting paid? Quit and go elsewhere IF thats true.
"he get of in five min and his check and his family going to eat". Where does his check like to eat?

Depending on my mood, my check likes to eat at Outback. It brings me along most of the time..

sorry i took me a while to reply been a kinda busy working instead of sitting at the truck stop on my computer. this forum makes me wonder if these heavy load long haul super bloggers spent more time driving and less time on the computer maybe 75,000 to 85000 might seem a little more reasonable. The proof is in the miles you turn in an 11 hour day. How many times do u stop to eat? How many times per day do u stop for drinks? how many times per day do u stop to generally goof off at the truck stop? Are you one of those drivers that has to have a shower everyday no matter what? How many times a week do you stop at that casino after driving only 8 hours instead of going head and finishing your 11? Are you a driver that has to stop every 30 min to an hour to use the bathroom? God made gallon milk cartons for a reason!

Any regular day for me out on the road begins with getting up at 6am every morning doing my exercise and eating my bowl of frosted mini wheats or oatmeal, brew a pot of coffee for the thermos, make two turkey sandwiches an apple a banana and a bag of chips for lunch and snacks all stored in my ice chest for easy access along with 6 bottles of water and 2 sodas. By this time unloading crew are starting to show up at job site/customer (99% of the time i park for the night at the job site/customer and log my unload when i arrived which equals a fresh set of hours in the morning) by 8 im unloaded with straps/chains stowed and tarps rolled up and secured ready to pick up my next load by 10. I hardly ever deadhead over 80 miles for a load and usually get to choose from several. By noon i am loaded, secured, and tarped if needed and its time to drive keep the left door shut petal to the metal till im 30 minutes from my 11 then its time to find a parking place preferably at the job site but if there is a t/s near by i stop for a shower, make something to eat, go to bed, get up the next day and do it all over again. If no truck stop near by i have a small bucket under my bunk for sponge baths!

You can make real good money in this business if you want 1.) its a job not a vacation treat it as such 2.) company driver = manager of small business owner op = owner manager ceo of small business my point is that truck is a business on 18 wheels treat it as such 3.) in an 11 hour tour of duty don't stop rolling unless you need to pick up deliver or fuel(exception: emergency bathroom visits for #2). 4.) cork your bladder or learn to use a milk jug (just being honest). 5.) control your road expenses $75 per week for groceries and supplies. 6.) i run my logs at 67 mph (truck is not governed down) legally in a 11 hour day i can run 737 miles of that i usually run 575-675 miles per day depending on the length of line haul and i have never had an oos due to any type of log violation.

Keep the left door shut and truck!!

Can everyone treat your post as a joke ? you have indicated you run your logs at a constant speed of 67 , thus you have indicated you don't comply with societal norms your an outlaw or have not the skin to stand up for yourself ..

If you run your logs at 67mph on a constant basis I bet you have not had to show them to a dot officer in quite some time.
