New road trucks

 

Things have changed drastically in the 1 year that ive been here. when i first started, i agreed with every bad review. Now with new ownership, they have fulfilled on everything they said. Dispatch in Tulsa and Lakeland have been completely overhauled, 95% of trucks have been equipped with peoplenet ( within 2 months), new equipment is arriving by the day. They have implemented a system to punish the drivers for leaving damaged trailers at customers which are causing OOS, service failures and the ripple effect it has on other drivers. When the new company took over, they held a week long driver appreciation at the terminals. unlike many places, our actual owners and upper management were physically here asking questions on what they can do to improve and keep us around, and so far, theyre listening.

i believe many more good things are coming.

 

Im curious to know to. Im willing to bet we will see a significant decrease across the board. Im going to screen shot their current ratings so we can compare when the new stats roll out.

 

The new owners have promised a raise. They've followed thru on everything else so im patiently awaiting mine.



Also id like to add our new trucks are APU equipped.
