So they hold back 300 plus dollars for lumper for going on 2 weeks, and they won't reimburse the driver with a com check or cut them a check. If we are late 2 weeks on our rent, mortgage, car note, etc. There's a late fee we have to pay. So do u continue to let them say opps. While your late fee's pile up. Wow you guys must be pretty desperate to run regional to put up with that mess. I'll take my hat off to you and pray you are blessed with patience.
I would be putting in apps to get away from that place. They can call me when they get there stuff together. Driver does his job but the payroll department can't. HMMMMMMMM

We tell it like it is here, good or bad. My dm is a good dm that is under a lot of stress. Dm has a job to do the same as we do. We all get frustrated with each other because we are the link to the shipper/receivers and they are the link to the company. We are in the middle taking it from all sides. Sometimes we vent on each other. Not saying it is right, just that it happens. Our days go just as bad as the office can. Maybe we get stuck in traffic for hours getting cut off car after car. Maybe we get a call from home that little Joey is in the hospital getting a cast on his broken arm while we're 500 miles away. Maybe we can feel each others pains because we're all at work while a big tropical Strom floods our homes...
Thing is, we're still a team and we work together to accomplish the same goals with the same frustrstions and sometimes we all get irritable. The problem is we're not on the same page to accomplish those goals for each department tells us similar rules, but all have different outcomes. Examples were the scale ticket issues. Now that was resolved. Now we need to work on other communication issues with the pn systems. It is a communication tool that is hardly used when needed, but it needs to go because it's junk too. We drivers do understand what goes on in that office and like myself, will leave you all alone by not calling you all the time. We drivers do appreciate the work you all do. We just need to learn to communicate with each other beter. You're not the enemy, the DOT regulations are. Lol. -

It's the first payroll issue I've had since starting here. The corporate office moved from Tulsa, OK to Ft Worth. The payroll people didn't move with the change so all the payroll people are new. With that, they have to learn the system and are two Weeks behind from the move. They screwed up and realize this. Payroll for tomorrow is processed. I caught the error today so I'll have it next week. I probably could get them to cut a comchek, but comchek now charges fees to get and cash. I'll wait for direct deposit next week. Call it cheap, but I can wait.
Payroll is probably getting redone with LinkAmerica Cares changes since they're first on that list of changes. -

Off of truck route.... Turn corner , I see sign and the cop sitting right under it. Couldn't see the sign until mid turn and no advance warning signs . A setup if I've ever seen one.
