Just a quick heads up for anyone going south on 75 in south florida....75 is shut down right now on both sides from mm 116 to 123 due to smoke from nearby brush fires. That's just north of naples near bonita springs. No word yet on when either side will reopen

Where/What did you take up to GA from Groveland?? Been through there a hundred times, had no idea there was freight in groveland

 

Looks like new Internationals are red. I was asked for directions by a driver that was delivering three of them to Lakeland.

More new dispatchers in the office. Scary scary with the one I spoke with today. I told the person I was splitting my log and they are calling safety to have them explain how to split a log to tell me how to do it. I already know and I certainly don't want to learn from someone that knows nothing about logs... Lol. God help them that they learn quickly. Everyone starts somewhere, but please teach them right.

 

My recruiter is an idiot. I told her I lived right around the corner from the Lakeland yard, and when I ask about the hotel, she says I can check in tuesday evening and be in the lobby at 7:30. Either she's an idiot or what I said went in one ear and out the other
