My appt was changed. I spent Sunday trailer hunting all morning and didn't make Scranton, SC until this afternoon. Preplanned Greenville, SC to Neely's Landing, MO. D/h both sides for asap. 750 mile load. Should have it dropped Wed morning. I'm going home Saturday morning this week instead of Friday night. I have appts this weekend to attend to. Then I'm staying out for two Weeks for extra time at the end of the month. Maybe I'll outdo you this week Anj since you have a pm to do. Lol.

I found his truck. His APu was running so I figured he was probably asleep. I went ahead and went inside the drivers lounge just to check it out. Haven't even been to orientation yet and I can already name something about link that's better than irt

I just got out of a new Pete and honestly the only way I would want another one is if I have different trucks to choose from it's the only one available that has an APU. I hate the interior of a Pete. There's no storage and the cab is tiny.

Behind that door is dispatch. It's normally open during the day so you can have "face" time with dm. Up ramp, first door is restroom, safety, and night dispatch. That is so they can see trucks at night where day time, shop can see them. Door after is orientation room. That is where you'll do your orientation at, and it will be live fed with Ft Worth orientation so you all get same info. No SW said this, SE said that... It's all the same.

Docks are to transfer damaged freight, have bbqs, etc. Along that fence you see on West side is loaded. On end is empty. That is all recent to have empties on end. They used to be in the middle. Rest is self explanatory.

Across street is shop. East is trailer bay, middle pm bay, west major work bay. Outside is quick inspection lane/write up lane. Trucks on North are availables south just past sign is needing repair. Corner is trades. Trailers out back are trades or needing repair. The new Ft Worth is way nicer.

Heard a new confirmed rumor that Lakeland is officially looking for land or a new terminal to expand and build new offices/shop. I heard shop supervisor mention it and when I was on phone, I asked a higher up and he said yes. They are hoping to know which way by end of the year. Explains why walls around office became bare after painting. They said they need the room for company expansion. I can agree. That terminal is too small now.
