I just started with Link a few months ago. They had very poor equipment (trucks/trailers). Terminals don't have showers or laundry, trucks are governed at 62mph, for now .31 or .32cpm to start (that's suppose to change), poor CSA scores in driver fatigue and in maintenance, they still use trip pack and now have E-Logs.

I have seen improvement with their maintenance. Link bought/leased some new trucks and trailers. They have installed PeopleNet EOBRs, however a lot EOBRS have had problems working. With the Elogs, Link does not want you to split sleeper birth(8/2), and you have to be sitting for 30 min before you can log off duty, drop and hook is no longer 15min etc.

I have heard from a lot of drivers that they haven't been getting miles. I've been blessed with a good driver manager, so my miles have been fair. They are going through changes and growing pains. As of right now I wouldnt recommend this company to any driver.
