Been real busy running out of Pueblo. The runs I've done so far have been 2400-2600 round trip.
I made it through the "hoops" pretty fast myself. This due to having 7 straight years with Swift. I work for a contractor myself, and he is looking for a driver in Pueblo, Co.

I've got 13 years OTR and between 4 and 6 months on tankers, but have been off the road for 5 years, since June 2005. I live in Louisiana and was trying to get on at St Rose. During my driving career I have had 2 overweight tickets. That's it. No logbook violations or speeding or anything. This has been a problem trying to get back on the road with anyone. I've kept up my endorsements and physicals. Seems that if you haven't been on the road for at least 6 months within the last 3 years, you are worthless. Most of the companies that I have talked to will hire a student over me. Old experience equals no experience.
I have sent 2 emails to St Rose. Neither got answered. So I am headed to the gulf to clean up BP's mess.
Take care out there.... -

I was leased to LTC for 2.5 yrs. I was one of the last light petroleum contractors before they stopped hauling fuel. I was out of the Jefferson City, Mo terminal, which was a satalite office for Pleasant Valley, Mo. I had a good experience with LTC and would consider going back if ever I wanted to go back to road driving. I made some really good money. Of course fuel was around $1.00 # gallon then too.

They like drivers with a good history and low CSA score. Safety is a big thing along with communication. -
Just a FYI Liquid Transport is in trouble with D.O.T. Just seen a letter a owner showed me telling them that the DOT doing a intervention with them And if they keep going the route they are going they will loose there HAZMAT in FEB 2011. From all of there OOS inspections. I don't Think i would want to have a truck on there or be a company driver with this going on
