Little America

AT LEAST THEY DIDN'T LOWER THEIR STANDARDS BY BUYING PRE-COOKED FOOD OFF THE SYSCO TRUCK AND WARMING IT UP LIKE THE T/A DOES ...THEY DID THE RIGHT THING BY CLOSING IT DOWN...WE WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE [h=1]Memories[/h]

 

It closed???to bad.😩 they had good grub there

 

Is the food at that restaurant good because it's the ONLY restaurant in Wyoming ?

 

This is the original Little America.
They have a hotel only location in slc, and the truck stop in Flagstaff.
Also a few other top end hotels as well as Sun Valley resort and Snowbasin resort,under thier flag.

The sit down resturant was closed due to lack of business.
But they still have the grills open in the fuel desk, as well as the convinace store for cars.

 

So the restraurant is closed huh,wonder why.I spent many nights at Little America and always made a point to eat at the restraurant.The service was pleasant and food was good.Maybe alittle pricey but the service made up for it.

 

That is where I ate Thanksgiving Dinner at in 97 man I was STUFFED.

 

No one knew that a restaurant was even there. They never had a sign above the door at the hotel. I stopped there several times before I knew there was a sit down restaurant. Maybe, if they had a sign, maybe they would have had some bidness!

 

Up there They don't even need refrigeration to keep the beer cold they just set it outside.

 

It was closed due to a couple of reason the Store manager told me two days ago>
Lack of business, and a diffacult time keeping employees. He said why should they work for tips, when they can work for a good hourly wage in the oil field or mining .
