No, that was confiscated that time I was near the Capitol when they seen me dragging an effigy of Nancy Pelosi behind. I tried to tell the cops they have to let me finish so they can see what I was doing

You must be talking about the Starting Gate. It was sold a few years back and is now called the Rocking Stone. As far as I know they no longer allow truck parking but it's an easy walk from the TA and the wings are good
