10 trucks is decent sized for livestock companies. Most are probably only 2 or 3. With their location and that many trucks they probably have most of the north east tied down. Good luck to you and glad I could help

In PA u might look up bill spencer. Has a fleet of A model kenworths that pull wagons. All extremely nice trucks. Most have been updated to E model cats, but they still have boxes in them. If you can't drive a set of sticks may as well keep looking. Just a thought.

Never driven a set , I've been in one once and it looks hard enough. Lol
may be a bit much to try and learn both ,
    but thanks for the info.

This may sound dum , but is it that hard to learn how to drive with them ?
    (Wonder how many gears)

Could be 6 on main box and 4 on auxiliary or 5x4 or 4x4 and could be others. That's before my time but I did learn how to drive the 6x4. They are fun to drive. Just can't get in no hurry accelerating or you can jam up the linkage on the aux box. Takes some getting use to but once it's mastered you have so many gear options on hills. I would like to put a set in my 379 but I'm afraid I'd split the boxes with to much torque. Maybe they hold up better than I think but stories I heard about to much power and cracked housings make me nervous.

Boxes are not hard and there are so many different ways to go about it. Main thing is don't get both of them out of gear at the same time till you get good at it lol. The housing troubles are usually bad mounts loose bolts etc. the 1750 aux in this truck is way up in torque I just don't remember the number exactly. Thing is learn to be smooth as possible when loaded that's key for several miles after you put them on till they find their footing and get like they want to ride. Ain't much too it really if I can do it anybody can lol.

Wore out I figured you would have some experience on this topic. I was thinking of you earlier on your signature about choosing trucking or it choosing you by the truck you drive. They were talking about European cabovers. I kept thinking those ugly things are not trucks. I want a real truck

I thought I was the last one left that thinks riding in fair looking old Iron that you could call yours was the next best thing to dying and going to heaven.

If it runs good , looks decent , and you can say . I have the title .
