i dunno, i mainly run local anymore, otr regional is rarely worth it, you always end up picking between a good check or a full 2 day weekend.
one that always stuck out to me as a decent job would be "kane is able", out of scranton penn. they pay as much as lj kennedy does for regular dry van, and they have much better equipment. they advertise that they get you home every weekend as well. They run a lot of Proctor and Gamble, out of their Tunkhannock Penn dist center.
you might also check in with your teamsters locals in your area, you can make a good living driving a cement truck, dump truck, or even garbage truck as well. you would start out at the bottom of the seniority list, and might be laid off in the winter, but if you can stick it out, you can definetly make as much as most otr/regional drivers, and go home and grill out every night havin some beers. sure beats sleeping in a truck at a truckstop, if you are lucky. That is what sucks about flatbed in the northeast, you will be in remote area's so frequently you will be sleeping in a lot of dirt lots, miles away from civilization.

L.J Kennedy no longer exists. They had gone from the industry in Sept. or October 2011. heard some very interesting stories, that reflected on a few dispatchers. It was business as usual. They even left one of their injured drivers practically stranded in the northeast with 2 broken arms. I think it was in NH. or VT. in april of this year. Till this day I still talk to the driver every now and then. They didn't contact his family to let them know of his injuries at all.
After hearing this I am not surprised why they couldn't go the distance.
