So I can hear a loud air leak come from behind the turbo area and around the billow pipe already had the billow pipe replaced and clamps as well as the gaskets on the dpf system but am still hearing the air only dose it when truck is on any one have any idea what it might be?

Spray soapy water on everything until you see bubbles. Simple Green concentrate diluted like 98% works great.

Find a level spot when you can park with the brakes disengaged. Turn off the engine then head back and listen where it's coming from. If it's that loud, you should find it pretty easily. Also would hurt to block a wheel with something like a big rock if you don't have a wheel chock.

If it’s only leaking when the truck is running it may be the fan hub. Do you have a manual fan switch? If you do flip the switch and see if the leak stops.

Picture of vicinity, noticed youve also got gutless transmission on hookup, might be a leaking air shift line?
