I pull a flatbed and half the time I get a crazy good rate out of the clear blue. When a customer wants something bad the broker posts a ridiculous rate. I have a 10' utility trailer on the back right now. Weighs about 1,500 pounds and paying $3.00 a mile on a 1,000 mile run to a great place for flatbed loads. It's hit or miss.
