Here is another one from R2 Logistics 760 miles run for $1700 to bad market through G.W. Bridge, Tolls and Turnpike all the way through, rush and crowds, traffic, and then there are no loads in that market 99 % u have to run empty to at least NJ.
What happened here with Chotank Load listings, market is looking stronger towards tomorrow and for some odd reason they drop the price, $200 (from listed $1500 to $1300 for the load from Wapakoneta to Harrisburg PA) instead of going up $300- $400 for tomorrow. I do not believe in conspiracy so this might be just another thing (among 6000 odd things happened her in Columbus OH) which happened with in the radius I am in. (Did behind the seen called them and asked to drop the rate or did they threatened them what happened we don't know, all we know they dropped the numbers instead of going up.

Somebody come in here advertising it in a post a while back. It's probably same ol same ol as any other loadboard. The name "DIRECT freight" being some clever focus group marketing scheme to psych you into thinking it's something special. Cause it's "direct" (can hear the crowd ohhh and ahhh's) and everyone knows that makes it better right?
Today's market was at 2 loads available to one truck and there were over 18000 posts for the week and I call on this load from a place in NJ with none highway (city) to another none highway (city) in VA 329 miles for the run and full load and Hub Group says $500 and I told him my rate for the run for $800 he hangs up the phone. Wow who is working for them for free???
