I’ve been thinking about what you said and I’m assuming you mean use the mesh tarp on loads such as this that doesn’t matter if it gets rained on, but because of company policy it needs to be tarped and it also conceals what I’m hauling to a degree, really good advice

Looking at the pictures you posted .........................those tarps are about ready to be junked.
I see lots off "cracks" from them flapping in the wind.

If the stitching is rotting out like that it's time to cut it into small cover tarps and be done with it. How can they send a new guy out with absolutely destroyed tarps? Does nobody check them when they come in?

I can’t speak for the other WE terminals, but the one I left, I highly doubt it

Tarping takes time. When I first started, a full secure, pad, and tarp job was 3-4 hours depending what it was. After a year I was quick as you can be.

Doesn’t hurt to help other Flatbed’s tarp or untarp and learn how they do it while asking questions. I did flatbed with no trainer, I had to self learn. You’ll get there.

Yes please do. I do the same thing ....I think lol. I pull up the sides while standing on the top of the load. I've never seen anyone else do that. So cool beans...I'd love to see how you do it.
