    Yeah, you're right. My bad. I was still asleep when I posted that. They tore up the dash where the ignition is.

    Why doesn't it surprise me a volvo has it on the steering column...lol

    Well, actually I was sitting in the sleeper. LOL And your opinion of volvos matches my own. I would dearly love to have the international back.

    I have hauled many loads of copper right out of the strip mines. Not one did I tarp, nor have I been asked to tarp.

    lol TMC. Were not really hauling freight under those tarps were hauling cleaning supplies to our terminals.

    A friend of mine who is leased to another carrier used to pull pipe out of Arizona. He told me that they required him to tarp due to the high possibility of theft. And the rate he got was very cheap. I also have another friend who told me the same thing.

    Its the price, and its really not tracable in the reclaimed metals market. The only law that cares are the city/county officials where the theft occurred.
