I will be completely honest bout it when I get there. Upon further inspection just now, I realized they loaded a layer on the bottom then started stacking them like the 3rd row from the front so when I hit the brakes there was nothing for the ones in the front to lean against so they tipped over and cause three to dump completely. Surprisingly only 4 melons actually busted, the cardboard bins are damaged but surprisingly not much to the actual melons except those four.
Load shift and damage!

depending on where it's going if the bin is damaged they'll refuse it so you may be out a little more than you thought. Nothing can be done about it though so I wouldn't worry to much a few refused cases is better than a wrecked truck that's how any company should be looking at it.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

Well, that is a mess.
Personally I would not try to 'fix' things.
That is a lot of effort on your part and it won't change the outcome.
Tell them what happened and let them deal with it.
The way it was loaded, you can not be held responsible for. There was no way to really secure that load.Dave_in_AZ and GA-TRUCKER Thank this. -
LMAO
This is how this is gonna turn out.
They are going to reject most if not all of that.
Your either gonna drag it around for awhile, while your boss finds someone to take it, or he will have you take it to a food bank, or shelter, or large nursing home, and he will right off the whole load as charitable contribution from his taxes.
Your going to get your ### REAMED, but I can't see you getting fired.
Just remember - The truth is The Armor of God. Believe it, you will be amazed at the results.Al. Roper, Brettj3876, str8t10 and 1 other person Thank this. -

God does not 'protect' those that follow Him (not in this life), and there is no armor except your own faith.
The 'Truth' is not what you have said. Far from it.
And never forget what faith really is...
Faith is the frail bridge between knowledge and ignorance.
For one that has full knowledge, 0% faith is required.
For one with no knowledge, 100% faith is required.
Most of us fall somewhere in between.
I say 'most of us', when it should be all of us.
Even Jesus had doubts in the garden.
Even He had to have that little .0001% of faith.
And NEVER use God to get what you want in this life, which is what your comment reads as.
That leads to the dark side.
And once you begin that path, forever will you be lost.Connor Thanks this.
