I dont use cd as a main source for loads but it really helped me getting loads out of dead areas and keep my deadhead to a minimum.
Deliver a load to burlington vt and go to champlain ny to pick up suv’s coming from canada $1400 to manheim pa where i live.pick up driling rig near boston going to kentucky for $2050.pick up cars from brookheaven ny when delivering to long island for a short trip to a better area.pick up new promaster vans out of baltimore.
Pick up one car to fill the deck when i have a small load.Tank truck out of denver co to kansas city for $2 a mile.
You just have to be careful who you dealing with i only do cod’s and call ahead to make sure load is ready.

The dude with the 3-car wedge just noticed your post. Good luck getting that rate tomorrow. :)

QuickBooks online works nice. Can view your customers and invoices in an organized fashion, attach bol’s and etc

Can use on phone, iPad, computer etc

    Good luck with that.

The rate is between me and the shipper. He lists with 3 - 4 different brokers who all post on ITS for between $1.60 to $1.80 mi. Through conversation with the shipper and me being local, he told me what he pays the broker's and offered me the same rate if I would let him know when in town and ready to leave out.

Plus no one is loading 2 heavy mixer chassis on a 3 car wedge trailer. Much less have the equipment to correctly secure them. :)

I suck at record keeping and book keeping.

My wife uses MS Office and puts everything on spread sheets.
