Loading / Unloading and HOS and going off duty?

    If it's no touch freight,
    I log 15 mins, doors/bump dock.
    And 15 mins, Bills/doors.
    The rest is off duty ...walk the dog (if allowed on the premises) or
    sleeper berth.
    Never had anyone question it.

    60% of what I do is drop and hook. On duty yard move. Live unload with the covid era? I show no on duty time. While backing in you’re driving. It’s drive time. Takes 30 seconds to open the doors and throw the bills in the trailer. Hit the dock, off duty. And perfectly legal. On elogs. Prove it otherwise mister MTO.
