    What dead head. Load right in town and 1500 for 260mi is 5.76 mi or 2.88.

    Half our miles are running back empty to get another good paying load.

    Running empty to next pick is dead head no matter what.
    So divide your loaded mile pay by 2. And that is your true pay rate. Before fsc, and fuel costs.

    Believe it or not a lot of those were ch brokered. Some on here call chr cheap but not to our carrier
