How about that grocery warehouse in Southaven,MS? I don't think they touch any freight; just count the pallets when the grocery store employees pull them off.

I don't have any endorsements. AWG is 90% driver unload at stores, work 6 days a week off Sunday's, & the recruiter said they average 55K. That's not worth the trade-off of home daily for me.

Some exceptions would be a union grocery-hauling gig like @Pintlehook does or a mail-hauling gig like @Sho Nuff has. Look into those kinds of jobs if you don't want to get endorsements, but understand you'll have many more options if you do get them.Pintlehook and Sho Nuff Thank this. -
With 2 years experience, finding a local job shouldn't be too difficult. I would start with Indeed.com and see what's available, or look around and write down the names of all the daycabs you see.
You can also try looking into these as well....

2. LTL - UPSF, FXF, ABF, YRC, ODFL, NEMF, Estes, Pitt Ohio, A Dui Pyle, Ward, etc.
3. Parcel - UPS, USPS, Fed Ex Express, Fed Ex Ground, DHL, etc.
4. Logistics/3PL - Ryder, Penske, XPO, NRT, etc.
5. Private Fleets - Costco, Nestle, Frito Lay, Pepsi, Coke, Walgreens, Rite Aide, Tyson, Perdue, Raymore & Flannigan, etc.
6. Bakery - Franz, Bimbo Bakeries, NE Foods, etc.
7. Intermodal - JB Hunt, Schneider, Fed Ex Multimodel, Hub Group, etc.
8. Milk - Dean Foods, HP Hood
9. Mail Contract Carriers - Clifford B Finkle, Ling, Matheson, MTI, MCA, Eagle, B&B, etc.
10. Grocery - SuperValu, ACME, Wegmans, ShopRite/Wakefern, Publix, Safeway, Albertsons, etc.
11. Flooring - Shaw, Mohawk
12. Yard Jockey/Spotter/Switcher
13. Temp Services - Transforce, etc.
