    Do you have all your endorsements? The LTLs all have service centers in central NJ. If your CDL school is on their approved list, they may waive the experience requirement. That's how I got my first driving job, with zero experience, in northern NJ.

    I know of a couple companies. But they're over east. On top of NYC. Pyle is one for drop and hook...night work local.
    Just tell them OTR isn't for you. They should understand with 3 months only in.

    you can try an equipment rental company, United Rentals, Sunbelt, Herc, Equipmentshare.
    pay is hourly typically 25-35/hr its flatbed and youll be working in all weather , loading and unloading yourself be in a lot tricky situations with makeshift construction sites
