I think you are forgetting some stuff. What about checking out your truck? Adding fluids and maintaining? Yes running a front end loader to tidy the pile and load the bins. Washing your truck with acid and air hammering your chutes, and don't forget the drum. I needs to be cleaned inside with an air hammer as well. And who the hell sleeps in a sand pile?

That's a #### shame then. All those bridge beams and all the stuff at the nuke plant is all wrong then.

Dave I wouldn’t question a woman who can take off chutes full of concrete. (I don’t know why she would want to do that with a shovel handy, but she can) That Brockway on the right actually was a great truck to drive in the 80’s. EB4702CD-7DF4-49C4-99D0-033BF9BC91B8.png

I had an 11 yard 359 with a manual. Affectionately known as " The Beast."

Sounds like the dual front axle all wheel drive FWD this company had. It was sent out to jobs when people got stuck. I don’t know if it would be possible to get stuck in it. Maybe if you were up to the windows in mud, but top of the pumpkins in mud did not seem to phase it. The hood seemed like it was as long as a football field.

Climbing down inside a drum to chip dried concrete is no place for a woman. If you don't mind that, I'd love to meet you!:p

Sorry to hear about that. I just found this forum and the first and only female mixer driver for the company who worked for I wanted to reach out and talk to other drivers.

Are you serious? Yes I drop down my air hose with an air hammer and another line for my light.. I have even cleaned out trucks for my fellow men drivers. Because I'm nice. And I'm pretty darn cute.
