    It’s pretty much just me.
    Dad is more or less retired and we have had hired help on and off
    I am disgusted with that situation as far as hiring help these days.
    A bigger Building would help manage multiple jobs at the same time and we were going to build one in 2019 and then dad got hurt.
    I mostly work on heavy equipment and do welding and machine work.

    Yes I own it with Dad.
    It's pretty much just me working. Dad is more or less retired at this point and I have become disgusted with hiring help.
    Our shop is fairly small, two jobs at a time is about it, we were going to build a bigger building in 2019 and then Dad got hurt. Most of my work is on agg and heavy construction equipment. Also do machine and welding work for some local industry which would be my preference as they usually don't care about cost just want quality work. The agg stuff is slowing down as more new equipment moves into the area that requires dealer service and i would imagine the construction will follow. I don't want to be stuck with a 300k building when this happens. I could build cheaper but in joes world its still big dollars for not much.
