Petro in Oak Grove, MO.
$350 to fix a windshield washer pump.......
Also Having some 'ghost' ABS issues with the trailer. After they get done, going to get a full service at speedco and then a truck wash at Blue beacon. An expensive day.
*edit* This is probably the nicest Petro that I have ever been to. HUGE lot
Location for the night

Just wait...it want be a place to park.

I parked there last night and there was still 30 spots in the second lot. The front lot had people parking next to curbs and triple parking on the ends and here was this huge second lot that was apparently to far from the buffet lol

WB rest area. Ravenna, OH.
Fun times in NYC this morning. Been to this place 6 or 7 times now. Today was the 2nd time I had to help a driver load his doors in the back of his trailer after knocking them off the hinges. And yes, that is a rather active road. Miserable place.
mickimause, alpha beta, scythe08 and 3 others Thank this. -
I hope they are paying you at least 50 cents a mile for running that lane they keep you in. I get mentally exhausted just reading the places you have to go day in and day out. LolAM14 Thanks this.

Loves... Exit 58 I65 KY... Need I say more.

Agree. Maybe there's NY stop pay on that account?
And I hope that's a 48'
AM14 Thanks this. -
Lol, .50 cpm wouldn't even be close to what they'd have to pay me.
Heck 50 dollars a mile I wouldn't do it.CaptainDaveG and AM14 Thank this. -

50 cpm... I freaking wish. And yea some of my deliveries really suck but to keep myself sane, I just tell myself that I'm getting way more experience than I would have if I was just dropping at gigantic DC's all week long. I think my skills have come a long way in the past year and it's probably mostly from city driving and trying to squeeze a trailer into box truck docks all the time. Don't mistake that for bragging or anything please. I still got 30 years of skills and tricks to learn but I think I'm doing alright so far.
Yes and yes. $50 NYC premium (definitely not enough) and it is a 48. The problem is the sleeper. I have yet to see another sleeper tractor at that location. Everyone else has single screw day cabs or short wb twins. Then there's me pulling an Austin Powers move trying to wiggle in and out of there. However it is nice pre-tripping trailers with no side skirts. Oh yea and I'm not a big fan of orange haha. Sorry to all the schneider purists out there.sealevel Thanks this.
