Yup. Closed 1630-0830 or something like that. Thank god humans don't need to use the bathroom during that period. Oh wait we aren't human beings, we're truck drivers.

So this would be a bad time to tell you about the 3,200 paid miles plus 2 units of detention time, plus training pay?

Still in bigs springs. We had a driver almost get killed today, on I20, east of Abilene. There had been a stopped Semi on the shoulder and our guy had been slowing down as he passed and got rear ended by a truck going full bore. That drivers stupidity cost him his life and I have zero sympathy for him. Our guy wasnt injured badly that we know of, but we'll find out more tomorrow.

I was almost rear ended 3 times yesterday , all on I20, 2 times between Dallas and Midland, and I was doing 65. EVERY SINGLE TIME it was a driver with a cell phone. One guy jerked the wheel over at the last second, almost goes into the median, then pulls next to me with his arms waving, phone still in his hand.

My customer in Shreveport is hiring for operators. $18 an hour to start and I can buy a house for 60k there.

I'm glad to hear that you're co worker is alright for the most part. Is that Werner that slammed into him or just an ex Werner trailer? I can't tell a thing from that mangled mess. Alnost cant tell theres anything hooked to that blue trailer

ATL oc. It's a zoo. Wasn't counting on that being Friday night but it is Easter weekend.

Made a spot in front of some trade trailers and training truck and trailers.

Ticked off some drivers in KY by being in the left lane and doing 55 through the workzone. One guy said, "you can go 65 Schneider!" Maybe downhill but not uphill. I just stayed at 55. Still made it from Indy to ATL and made delivery.

It looked like the tractor had white rims. I think it was just an old Werner trailer

Looking to be home tonight. Getting unloaded, dropping trailer at delivery and then only two hours from home.
