I send them in too and still get msgs about needing them...as far as I'm concerned it's not my problem they can't fix their issues...this is the only co I've ever had issues with transflo on this level...i even had them screaming because they needed a lumper reciept...it was scanned in but because cs said it didn't say lumper on it she didn't know it was...yet it stated $148 for pallet breakdown and had the address of customer on it and was attached to bol...these people seem to be quite stupid...smh

Brintles, Mt. Airy NC. I swore I'd never come back to this place but plan A went bust and Plan B didn't make enough sense on the map and well you know the rest.

That basically sums up the relationship between me and the DVIR police. So if you start your day before midnight you need to do a DVIR even though you already did one earlier in that calendar day which makes not one lick of sense to me. Then when you finish your shift you need to send another one in. Every day I send 2 and check it off on my notepad to be sure. Without fail, I'll get messages a few days later saying I'm missing dates. I can't win with that lady.

Like I said before the second they find a competent person they either promote them or they leave for a better company. So that leaves the idiots for the drivers to deal with. The customers probably get a heavy dose of stupid too from customer service lol

Why not use the mobile app to transflo? I've been doing it for over half a year and never had any issues. Also, I hate going in to Oc's or truck stops so that helps with that

We have to return hard copies to the office so I just do it then. I could've downloaded the app for this particular instance but honestly I just didn't care enough.

I honestly think their computer program is so stupid or they have it programmed to that effect that it just keep sending you these messages about no dvir sent and they're just too freaking lazy tell you them bother checking the system that it's already in there

    AM14 Thanks this.
