Cover the sensor with 3 layers of Aluminum foil with space between each and it will insulate the sensor from the heat but not the cold

I'd be more worried about the fuel gelling.

Rest area, mm 250ish, I-94 west in Missed-again. Headed to Ohio tomorrow, but not far enough to get caught up in MickeyRat's roadblock fortunately. Although, that would be pretty cool to see.

Just dropped load in Corbin, KY this evening. Going to do a 34 restart since here at I-75 exit 62 at truckstop in Renfro Valley, KY since my next load will not be ready until 1/8/2015. Wish everyone a great new year....may you truly be blessed. It is going to quite cold here for a Georgia southern boy getting down to single digits.

    TennMan and mickimause Thank this.

Back in Boise, ID. Home for a few days why truck is at the dealer. Snapped a leaf spring and fithwheel is getting rebuilt as a pin broke on underside. Welcome to trucking, where the truck is like having another kid that always needs something but is a whole lot less cute.

Made it home. Saw lots of trucks in the ditch on I80 in Iowa. Luckily it came right before my home time and I missed it.

Gonna be at the same rest area as last night, after the 7 trucks in front of me finish loading & it gets to be my turn. Fortunately, there are 3 racks, so it shouldn't be too long...they're not ALL jumbos! Lol

Two loads to the same place tomorrow, so I'm thinking North Baltimore TA tomorrow night. Will just have to see how it goes :)
