    That whole area and several surrounding blocks must be built on some super soft earth. Just look at the roads in the area, lol. Doubt they'll ever be able to smooth it out permanently. OC should just buy a tractor and a box blade and once a week block off an area and smooth it out. If they did a little bit at a time it wouldn't disrupt too much and keep things in much better shape.

    It's all reclaimed swamp land.

    From the look of things they didn't do.much grading before they sprayed the faux concrete down.

    when I was in there yesterday there was what appeared to be a 70's gas engine grader with about an 8 foot blade that was hating life but really really tryin, u go boy, go gittum, ucandoooooiit
