Location for the night

Noticed you been running a wacky schedule for sure..Have you tried changing your NAT to being available early morning or the following morning to get back on day shift, if that is what you like? That's what I use to do. Also called my DBL and told him keep me off the 3rd shift runs..lol It seemed to work for me and never got dispatched those loads again after that.

 

This was actually the first, so I am working my way back to being solar-powered. Will run tonight, then go back to day-NAT. I would do it tomorrow, but I want to get somewhere with a few more creature comforts.

As a bonus, there's a pretty good bbq place not too horribly far by foot. Kingsville Baptist Church has a "truckers rest stop" with free showers, a kitchen, lounge, etc, right here, too, but they're only open until 1600. They don't actually have food for purchase, just a place for you to prepare your own - I went in looking for food. I'm not big on the church thing, but the guy inside was very helpful & not preachy.
