    I did that plus a quickie pre trip, and he watched me unhook and rebook.

    Uncharacteristically, I'm still home. Got a load picking up in Charlotte at 1100 tomorrow. I usually get up to the OC the afternoon before (I live 107 miles from it), but I'm stretching my home time to the last minute.

    Gets harder to go back every cycle.

    Snow Shoe, PA rest area WB. Today was different. I picked up a backhaul at the company that my family owned for 90 years up until about 6 years ago when the bottom fell out. That still didn't save me from a 5 hour live load however.

    Gonna spend a night at the world renowned ChezObetz Resort. Hope I can find the driver service desk so I can get the shower key and then do some laundry. Might even have a meal in the cafeteria tomorrow before I get fuel and a truck wash. :laughing-guffaw:
