    Shipper loaded a red tagged trailer that said needs tire.
    Last driver dvir the trailer but didnt let anybody know.

    I am NEVER putting on chains. If it's that bad I am parking. Although one time last year I came down the Vail pass in horrid conditions chain lights on everything was moving 25 mph, I drove past 3 CHP never looked twice. But I can tell all of you if they catch you on an inspection and you don't have the chains they just moved the fine from 50 bucks to many hundreds of dollars.
