Location for the night

Urgent care. for a pre-employment drug screen.

 

Finally driving back home from Duck NC. A day late getting to truck and had to get the load pulled. Not sure what was so confusing for the dbl I spoke with yesterday morning when I said "I'm in outer banks and I can't get off the island"

Oh well. Hurricane wedding was pretty sweet actually. And the extra day is definitely needed after that crazy.

 

Valley Grove, WV welcome center off I-70. I had a 7 minute live load today. 7 minutes from bumping the dock to seal in hand. It was a beautiful thing. Granted, I had a 4 hour unload beforehand down the street but still the quick shipper allowed me to salvage most of the day.

 

Dead headed 130mi to the house, because rates sucks!!!!

 

I have no idea where I am. Wisconsin, somewhere, off 94. Surprised to learn my wheels DON'T fall off when I go north of I90. Who knew?

I never know where the hell I am. I always have to jump on Google Earth so I can tell you guys where I'm parked for the night when I'm off my usual route. I lose all memory once I pull those brakes.

 

As they say I guess location is everything. I call 130mi deadhead a cup of coffee and a ride home.
