I picked up a load yesterday that was supposed to be picked up on the 25th and it was a p&g load.

I never clarified but I was at the Pilot this last time. I stayed in the drop lot twice this week due to odd hours and for as much as it sucks, you're at least guaranteed a quiet night's sleep depending on where you park. Still, I needed a change even though I'm always at the pilot too.

In our case, it's usually put on our board and confirmed before the load has even been picked up at the shipper. We book it, make plans with it, and then have to adjust when the pick up is missed. Just happened to me yesterday. Thought I'd try to add a little revenue because my wife's car suddenly needs expensive repairs. Got things set only to have it yanked several hours later.

Are you kidding? Those are the first spots to go. Every time there's 3 or 4 bobtails jammed in next to the portapotty and dumpster. Why theyd want to park there and be next to a gate with trucks coming in and out all night is beyond me. Maybe they feel safer sleeping next to the rent-a-cop, who knows? You can find me parked in the 7 foot tall weeds all the way in the back. Actually don't find me. That's the whole reason I decided to sleep in a drop lot to begin with.
