Rest area on 35 in Ohio. Ray OH I believe. A nice and balmy 28 degrees outside. And in a few hours it'll be less than 20 degrees and I'll get to idle my truck!

Grand junction. Didn't want to take 50 over the mountains like I did last time, so I went through Gallup and up to Cortez then took 141 up to Grand Junction.
Beautiful road, and it took about 5 years of my life and my brakes. Took alot longer than I thought too. Not sure it's a viable option for when the snow flies -

Recaps suck! I'm usually home weekends so I never have to worry about it, but out for 3 weeks before Christmas has me constantly figuring up the recaps. What a pain. I see why so many just do the 34, but I'd go crazy sitting that long.
