Wow! Someone really has their panties in a bunch. Must have had your arse handed to you lately. I can't imagine why! Anyway, no one's talking garbage but you. So sit in the corner and act like a 2 year old throwing a tantrum.truckerdaddy24, montana cowboy, Elendil and 2 others Thank this.
-
You got that right dieselbear. Some people are just complainers and should engage the brain before the jaws or in this case fingers. BTW this is what is wrong with this country no respect for authority.
Elendil, truckerdaddy24 and montana cowboy Thank this. -
Wrong my friend. If a driver breaks the seal with out his companies permission then it's his #$$. But LEO, DOT, Scale Master, Ca Bug Patrol can and will pop it when ever they fill like it. They not only don't need your companies permission. They don't care if your company likes it or not. As long as they sign the BOL with name, dept, why it was broken and a new seal it's all good.
-
I'll tell you what Mr. dieselbear.... If you ever attempt to cut the seal on my trailer.... We be having a problem!!!!
-
UM.....I got to ask. Just what do you think you are going to do to stop him. Unless it is a government load. LEO has every right to check that load. Ever hear of checking to see if the load is secured. Or national security.
-
UM...... When was the last time you saw a seal on a flatbed?Raiderfanatic Thanks this.
-
Hey Redd,
I'm right there with ya! I don't care WHO you are, if you try to mess with a seal on my trailer you're in for a long day.
-
Ah,OK.....didn't catch that.
-
I was told by shippers and receivers that no one breaks the seal to open the doors of a trailer unless dot or state police call before doing so and state why and then upon reclosing the trailer doors and putting a new seal on the shipper and or receiver has to be notified of the new seal number for theyr records, otherwise like was stated before the load will be refused and the driver just bought the load, sorry but a driver does not make that kind of money to pay for those loads. Even truck companies will state this to a driver.
