    I used to use a log scanning service and had to do that w/ my air mile guys so I could scan everyone. I told the air mile guys to write "Time Record"above the section on line 4 and show our starting and ending location [same place!]at each end.

    ewill71 State lines do not count this is a federal exemption.

    The one thing that worries me with staying on line 4 when in running in my area is getting the rookie dot that doesn't know about this. I guess it MIGHT be possible to drive 11 hours in 14 locally but I think it would be really really rare and next to impossible to do.
