Yes I totally get what you guys are saying bout eating up valuable time. I totally understand that concept. I know its a pain to hit the scale when we had green lights so long and the company is doing everything we can to get the green lights back on but the as you know government never moves fast enough. Keep your patience and this issue will be in the rearview mirror very quickly.

Joe .. When inspected at Washington Port of Entry a couple months ago, the DOT Officer showed me Interstates's CSA score .. It was 93. Mostly because of Log Book Violations.

Then tell certain Swing Shift Dispatchers to Stop telling Drivers to run Illegal. I had two that wanted me to run 5-6 hours into my 10 break .. When I refused, I was punished both times by sitting 2 days for a load .. One more reason I left Interstate.

I know I will not want to apply for a dot officer jobs after 2014 if that is the date where everyone must have an e-log.If the dot can't fine you for your logs then what else is there to do.

As of late, the CSA score has been reduced. The CSA Score due to Log Book Infractions is due to Driver Error, not IDC. With E-Logs coming soon, this problem will be taken care of.
