I'll just ask this for the record, is it always correct? My friend is having issues with Peoplenet and he drove long before I did. Not the same company, obviously, and not even the same rules as I understand them, from some very serious experience with enforcement, but what do we expect?

No there are glitches from time to time, in face Peoplenet had their servers crash. The trucks were unaffected unless something was changed in the office, then all hell broke loose. It was a giant CF. Lately there is a different type of glitch where some drivers don't show split sleepers in the their trucks, but it shows on the PFM. It's important to contact someone at PN to get documentation in the event that a driver would happen to placed OOS. When we discover issues like these we will send the drivers a message, so they have record of it, explaining the nature of the failure and instruct them to run paper logs.25(2)+2 Thanks this.

Please use the link below and see that 395.8 only goes to paragraph k, there is no paragraph L. I don't know where the graphic you used comes from, but it is not found in the current regs.

Always use official copies of the regulations when citing the regs. And always go to the FMCSA website for the most current version of the regs.25(2)+2, CondoCruiser and 7-UP Thank this. -
