again the problem was that I had mistake and I can prove that I did not have to lie about driven time or miles or sleep time. It was just mistake I had in log book. It was not something to hide my extra driving time or miles. Furthermore the log book actually showed that I drove more than I really did. And it was actually a mistake. I did not have in mind to lie anything.
So do you still think it worth going down to court? There is also one option written on ticket I can ask for waiving it is not in court but in police department itself. any ideas this is better option than court? -
If you want a long career in trucking and still want to own that fleet of trucks then start paying attention to YOUR job duties or you will be back in that Taxi. Im just being truthful with you.Last edited: Nov 15, 2015

Where do they teach log books at CDL school or Orientation or both?

It's more than likely a CSA score of 10.. weighted X 3. 30 initial CSA points that will decrease incrementally each year as long as you keep your nose clean.
