I thought it was too and was told it was in NY. I drove to Indy last night. I am at the flying J across from the terminal and already have my load for the morning. It was a long day to match the others over the last few weeks.

they have already done this. Have you notices a lot of walmarts with the clearance gates? They don't want trucks there because drivers were leaving pee bottles and crap bags and other trash on the lots.

So Jeff, your back in your truck? I guess they sent somebody to retrieve it? So wheres your first load taking you? I was in Greenville, NC area. Now Im loaded and headed to Lancaster, PA area. This doesnt look good for home time. Im gonna be far from home again. Next weekend is the tqm classes. If I dont make it home, it will be a month with no home time. I'll keep everybody posted about that.

I'm saying make sure your on the on-ramp side. I've seen so many hit the exit and pull over.

Im at a rest area in southern virginia. Real nice and clean place. I was worried I wouldnt be able to find a parking spot as it was 8:00 pm. When I pulled in I was the only truck here. Cool. I hear some coming in. Im sure they'll idle all night.
When I got up this morning in the walmart parking lot, there was 3 other trucks right by me. Youve got the whole parking lot, why do you have to crowd me? A Boyd Bros truck had me BLOCKED IN!! I had to beat on his truck and have hime move so I could get out. Stupid truck drivers. I guess they all had black "Peter" envy and wanted as close as they could get.

    Everett Thanks this.

Ok, now Im getting really upset. Here it is 4:20pm. Im sitting empty waiting on a load around Lancaster, Pa area. Spoke to my fm, told him I was waiting. He said he didnt have anything. I will probably have to stay parked for the night. All that tells me is that I wont make it home tomorrow. No way. Too late in the day and too far away. Im stating that Ive paid just about all the "dues" their gonna get from me!

blind I am sorry to hear this. My first load back is shingles which I loaded this morning in Indiana and I am sitting about 3 miles away from consignee in Braddock, PA. I got chased out of one parking spot by a rent a cop so I moved about 4 blocks and found an abandoned building there. No one has messed with me here. I did go in a rite aid and buy a fan since I have a cigarette lighter adapter to plug it in with. Nice and cool since there is no idling here. Pre-planned for a load of steel with two stops. Chesnee, SC and then to Columbia. Both Monday morning delivery. Qual says no home time even though Chesnee is about 45 minutes away from my home in York.....go figure!
