TMC... the flatbeds with the Peterbilts, right? I've seen you guys out there. I'll watch this thread. I was always a little curious how it is working for them. If I ever stop being a sissy, I might give flatbedding a shot.
Hey guy, Im delivering a load of griffin pipe to a construction site in Yankton, SD. This was supposed to be a "quick" load, then head southeast. I dont blame my fm for the crappy trailer, it was bound to happen sooner or later. I dare say it will happen again. The wiring had been butchered bad, according to the trailer mechanic. As long as Im talking about it, I wanna give a shout out to Jim Hawks trailer repair. They worked me in and fixed the problem. Im sitting in a Walmart parking lot in Yankton, SD. I cant move until 0645. Thats cool. According to google map, Im within walking distance of my consignee. It was crazy hot today. When I hot into my truck in Council Bluffs, the dash thermometer said it was 112 degrees. Man it was hot. My truck a/c never cooled down all the way to SD. Just too hot!
im thinking it not a little excited , i think he caught the truck driver fever full force in the face, and there's no medicine for it.
What???! Son of a........... No really. Alrighty quick update. Just finished tarping 49,500 pounds of hay. Yes, hay. Im still im south Dakota, the load heads to wisconsin. I had a come to jesus with my fm, so much so that he put his boss on the phone. I figure why not? So I had a prayer meeting with him too. I called them liars, and everything else I could think of. Was I upset you ask? Mayne just a LITTLE!!!! I came to tmc for the home weekends. Uh huh, yup. I think maybe Ill check into Mcelroy trucking. They also "promise" weekends home. I'll stop now, before I type something Im not ready to say just yet.
I am so happy you have his thread I graduate this coming tuesday and tmc is not one of my choices what was some of your other choices you thought about before you started with tmc
