Get yourself some dickies coveralls, short sleeve. I have a couple pair of them. I change before I load/unload. After I'm done, I'll towel off, then put the clothes i was wearing back on. Also helps keep your good clothes from getting stains, tears, etc.

Right, I have 2 pairs I keep on the truck and wear them whenever I need to wear pants, steel and lumber.
I strip down to an under armour tshirt. But if Im gonna be quick, I just wear my shorts and polo shirts, thats my daily clothes. My question was, is there some kinda pad or something you put on the back of the seat to keep the sweat under control
    But thanks for the reply.

I always change clothes anyway. Then after a shower clean clothes again. I`m not gonna work up a sweat and get dirty and not change clothes. Summer is rough. I personaly have plenty of extra clothes.
It`s the little things like dry clothes while driving that make you feel better. :biggrin_25521:

Dont know. Thats something you'll have to ask your training coordinator. Why? Whats the problem?

So I have turned in my notice at work, just need my COE from the gibill and I'm ready for cdl school. If you get a pre hire does that mean you have a spot in orientation?

Yes, a pre hire is the same thing as an invitation to orientation. They call it an invite because nobody is guaranteed a job here. But you will do fine. You will learn alot. I loved orientation. Especially the securement training. Im sure you will too. Keep us posted.

So get him in trouble. If you dont say anything, then he'll be the same way to his next student. You'll have to talk to your coordinator about it. Im sorry its happening. In my opinion they should totally revamp the whole training system. It appears its all about running teams so the trainer can make big money. But alas, but hows it going? Have you learned all kinds of important stuff?

the securement should be interesting, I loaded planes and prepped cargo for air shipment in the Airforce for a few years. Loaded a few flatbeds too.
